The Ivory Coast Air Tavel Declaration is the name given to a shipment of freight. It is normally an extremely heavy cargoes item that's sent from the vents of Abid, Cotonou, Clicker, Ghana and Montego Bay. It's generally a cement container that's packed with household equipment and other items of everyday use. The container is then placed on the surface of a trolley that is pulled with a small pick-up vehicle that is driven with a commercial airline. In precisely the same time that the container is being transported, it's being monitored by the officers of the Ivory Coast Container Registry.

The Ivory Coast Air Tavel Declaration has a long history. It was established in 1981. At the time the nation was still known as'Cordial'. It was only in the following years when the name'Ivory Coast' was applied to the port which the container became recognized as a way of transport products.

It can be realized as being a legal document that's in effect for all functions of international trade. It doesn't however apply to the motion of personal property or to the carriage of goods by air. The document must be carried within an open and free chest or box at a private conveyance.

The Ivory Coast Air Tavel declaration must contain the names and addresses of all the cargo handlers for both the sender and the receiver of the cargo. Additionally, it needs to include the signatures of both parties to this transport. Ivory Coast Air allows for the carriage of up to 200 kilograms of freight. There's however some limit regarding the weights that can safely be transported by air. The maximum limit which can be accepted by the airline is half of the weighing limit of half of those cubic meters.

The file also needs a comprehensive description of the contents that are going to be placed in the container. This is referred to as the cargoes particulars. It is generally a description of the materials in order to give assurance they're not damaged during transportation. The certificate also says if the items in the container were stolen or what country they came out. This information is necessary to comply with regulations set out by the government and it is also necessary to avoid conflict with any legislation or regulations of the destination state.

There are several requirements that have to be fulfilled by companies that wish to transfer cargo by air. A list of them is offered in the booklet which has to be presented together with the documentation. These include the name and address of the person who owns the air cargo, the registration number of their air transport along with the registration number of their destination airport. In addition to this document there is a declaration that the goods are conducted in conformity with regulations and standards of the country of origin. This declaration is necessary also to avoid charges at the habits. The documents are available from the Ivory Coast Air Cargo Authority or at the airport .
